Winners will be notified via phone, e-mail or postal mail, at Sponsor’s discretion. If you are selected as a winner, your game number will be subject to verification and you must meet eligibility requirements. Once notified, you must first call or email back within 24 - 48 hours of Sponsor's notification for instructions to send your original cover or promotional page or mail-in game number from Seventeen, each containing your winning game number to Sponsor. Sponsor must receive your winning game number within five business days at an address to be provided by Sponsor. Failure to either respond in 24 - 48 hours of Sponsor's notification or send your original cover or mail-in game number within five (5) business days will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor will select a new winner.

Eligibility: Open to females between the ages of 13 and 29 who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees and their immediate families of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively "Releasees") are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Game governed by US law. All entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prize claims subject to verification by Seventeen whose decisions are final. Limit: One prize per household. All game numbers submitted for redemption become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Anti-fraud detection devices/methods may be used to verify winners. Game numbers will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unauthorized or illegible in any way, or if they fail to contain special markings and/or security codes used in this promotion. Game numbers that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null and void. Liability for any irregular game number will be limited to replacement with another. If through printing or production errors, more winning game numbers are printed and distributed than those prize quantities offered in these official rules, no more than the actual number of prizes per these official rules will be awarded. Should such a situation occur, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and verified winning prize claims.

No substitutions except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal value will be awarded. In the event a Jonas Brothers Concert is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner. Prizes are not transferable (except to a surviving spouse) or redeemable for cash. All taxes (including but not limited to sales and income tax) are the winners' responsibility. Expenses not specifically included in prize description, including travel and hotels and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to Sweepstakes. Winners (and parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Neither Nicholas Jonas, Joseph Jonas and Kevin Jonas, collectively, p/k/a "Jonas Brothers" ("Artist"), Artist’s management nor any entity affiliated with Artist (collectively, the "Jonas Entities") are endorsing, sponsoring or otherwise affiliated with this sweepstakes contest in any way. The Jonas Entities shall have no obligation to contest entrants.

By participating, entrants agree to release the Releasees and the Jonas Entities from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of a prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for advertising and promotional purposes without further approval or compensation. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that the prize shall be subject to manufacturer's standard warranty.
