HOW TO ENTER: Marie Claire Pride and Prejudice and Zombies Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Go to (“Sweepstakes Site”) starting December 8, 2015, at 12:01 AM. ET, ending January 3, 2016, at 11:59 PM ET, on a computer or wireless device and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the onscreen instructions. Important Notice: You may be charged for visiting the mobile website in accordance with the terms of your service agreement with your carrier. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan. You must use a Smartphone device to participate via your mobile phone. Not all mobile phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific Internet instructions. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of Hearst Communications, Inc., Columbia Tristar Marketing Group, Inc. (“CTMG”), Fandango Media, LLC (“Fandango”), their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employees whether legally related or not) are not eligible. 

3. ENTRIES: Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per day.  Multiple entries from the same person or the same e-mail address on the same day will be disqualified.  Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.  Inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected or incomplete or entry forms that have been tampered with will be disqualified.  Entrants must have valid e-mail address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address.  If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address.  The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider, carrier, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  

Winners/Prizes and Approximate Retail Value:  One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a three (3) night trip for two (2) people to the movie premiere screening of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (the “Premiere”) to be held at a location in either New York, New York, or Los Angeles, California either in the month of January or February 2016. The actual location and date will be determined by the Sponsor to coincide with the Premiere. The trip includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the Premiere location (ARV: $1,500); (ii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (one single room, standard accommodations, double occupancy; room and tax only)  (ARV: $1,200); (iii) $1,000 spending money (in the form of a check); (iv) two (2) passes to the Premiere and after party (if one is scheduled), at Sponsor’s discretion (ARV: $0), and (v)  a red carpet makeover for Winner and guest to include make-up and nail services (ARV: $300).  Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize package: $4,000. Guest attending the screening with Grand Prize Winner must be 18 years or older.  Premiere passes will be available at the theater at “Will Call” and Grand Prize Winner must show valid ID to pick up passes. Please Note: Location of Premiere and after party will be provided by the Sponsor a reasonable amount of time prior to the Premiere.  Sponsor suggests for Grand Prize Winner and guest to arrive at the theater for Premiere at least one (1) hour before the Premiere starts.  No admittance without a ticket or after the Premiere has begun. The Grand Prize Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring Premiere tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing.  Ground transportation to and from the Premiere is not provided. Grand Prize Winner also acknowledges that CTMG (defined below) will be hiring anti-piracy security and that each guest must follow security protocol.  If, for whatever reason, the Premiere and/or after party is cancelled or rescheduled, no compensation will be paid in lieu of a cancelled or rescheduled Premiere or after party.  No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor if the Premiere is cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed, in whole or in part.  Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Trip must be taken on dates as indicated by Sponsor, to correspond with date of the Premiere. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to attend the Premiere, then the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the prize, and time permitting, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected.  In the event the Grand Prize Winner lives within 200 miles of Premiere location, alternative transportation will be provided and no additional compensation will be provided. All travelers must possess valid travel documents as required by TSA authorities. The travel companion of Grand Prize Winner must execute a Publicity/Liability Release prior to departure and must be 18 years or older at time of executing such documents.  Grand Prize Winner and travel companion will be required to travel on the same itinerary. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered and failure of Grand Prize Winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Sponsor in any way to provide the winner with alternate arrangements. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all other costs and expenses not specified herein. If a potential winner doesn’t respond to winner notification within two (2) business days, the Prize will be forfeited, and time permitting, an alternate winner will be selected. In the event the Grand Prize Winner (and/or his or her companion) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early. Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners (each a “Runner-Up Winner”) will each receive one (1) prize pack, including (i) one (1) Fandango promotional code that can be used to redeem a pair of movie tickets to see Pride and Prejudice and Zombies at a Fandango partner theater in the U.S., currently scheduled to open on February 5, 2016 (ARV: $40). Transportation and concession items are not provided; (ii) limited edition movie-themed eye/cheek and lip palettes from BH Cosmetics (ARV: $19); and (iii) limited edition movie-themed nail polish duo kit and nail wraps from NCLA (ARV: $40). Approximate retail value of each Runner-up prize: $99. Approximate retail value of all Runner-up prizes: $990.


Total approximate retail value for all prizes awarded: $4,990. Grand Prize and Runner-up Prizes may be referred to hereafter as a “Prize”.


Fandango Media, LLC (“Fandango”) Terms and Conditions: Each Runner-Up Winner will receive a Fandango promotional code via e-mail valid for a pair of movie tickets to see Pride and Prejudice and Zombies at a Fandango partner theater in the U.S., at any showing including those designated as “no coupons, no passes” in local theater listing guides (ARV: $40).  Fandango promotional code must be redeemed by 3/21/2016, or earlier if the film is no longer in theaters on that date, and is void if not redeemed by the expiration date. Both tickets must be purchased together in the same transaction for the same movie and showtime. Only valid for purchases made at or via the Fandango mobile app for Fandango partner theaters in the U.S. and cannot be redeemed directly at any Fandango partner theater box office.  If lost, cannot be replaced. No reproductions will be accepted. No cash value. Not valid with any other offer. WINNER SELECTION: Grand Prize Winner and Runner-Up Winners (may be referred hereafter individually and collectively as the “Winner”) will be selected on or about January 4, 2016, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  In the event the Sponsor does not receive any eligible entries, the Sponsor has the right to cancel the Sweepstakes.  Drawing will be conducted by Marie Claire Magazine, whose decisions are final.  Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  WINNER NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize Winner will be notified via phone or e-mail at Sponsor’s discretion on or about January 4, 2016.  In the event the Winner doesn’t respond to Sponsor’s notification or does not accept the prize within two (2) business days of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fails to respond as stated above, or declines the prize, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the prize and time permitting, Sponsor will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If any alternate(s) similarly fails to respond or declines the prize, Sponsor will use a reasonable number of attempts, in its discretion, to award the prize(s) to another alternate(s) but if it is unable to do so, the prize(s) will be finally forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Runner-Up Winner will be notified via e-mail on or about January 29, 2016, such e-mail to include Fandango promotional code to redeem the Prize. Remainder of Runner-Up prize package will be mailed to Runner-Up Winner on or about February 1, 2016. 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:  Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  No transfer, assignment or substitution of a Prize permitted. Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.  Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decision of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes. By entering, Entrant grants permission for Sponsor, and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers to use the entrant’s submission (including an altered form of the entry), if any, for editorial, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Additionally, acceptance of a Prize by Winner constitutes permission for Sponsor and any affiliates and subsidiaries, promotional partners, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers to use Winner’s name and/or likeness and biographical material for editorial, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prize. Grand Prize Winner and traveling companion may be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within two (2) business days following the date of first attempted notification.  Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate Winner.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. If the actual retail value of any Winner’s prize is $600 or more, the Winner must complete a W9 form and supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes.  An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Winner (or, if a minor, in the name of the minor) for the actual value of the prizes received. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Winner agrees to release, indemnify, discharge, and hold Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, CTMG, Fandango, prize suppliers and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees and shareholders harmless for any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind (including death) or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the Prize. The Premiere and after party will be monitored for unauthorized recording. By attending you agree not to bring any audio and/or visual recording device into the theatre (or other locations) and you consent to physical search of your belongings and person for such devices. If you attempt to enter with a recording device, you will be denied admission. If you attempt to use a recording device (including but not limited to cell phones with photo capabilities), you consent to your immediate removal from the theater (or other location) and forfeiture of the device. Nothing contained in these Official Rules shall limit the available remedies Sponsor, CTMG, Fandango, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees may have against you. Unauthorized recording will be reported to law enforcement and may subject you to criminal and civil liability (including damages up to One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) (USD)).

5. INTERNET:  Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.  If for any reason the Internet portion of the is not capable of running the Sweepstakes as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in Sponsor's sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  In the event that circumstances result in Sponsor canceling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Sweepstakes notification will be posted at Sweepstakes Site. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes process in any way.  Sponsor may prohibit an individual from participating in this Sweepstakes if Sponsor determines that said individual is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other individuals who participate in the Sweepstakes.  Caution: Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.

6. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in New York, NY, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' and/or experts' fees and costs; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) you hereby waive all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.  New York State law, without reference to New York’s choice of law rules, governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.
