Good Housekeeping Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”): Beginning December 1, 2015, at 12:01 AM (ET) through December 12,
2015 at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Entry Period”), go to goodhousekeeping.com/12days
on a computer or wireless device and fill out the form pursuant to the onscreen
instructions. The next day’s daily Sweepstakes
begins at 12:01 AM (ET) and ends at 11:59 PM (ET). Entrants may enter each
daily Sweepstakes one time during each 24-hour time frame. Each daily
Sweepstakes is a separate drawing and must be entered separately. Multiple entries for a single daily
Sweepstakes will be disqualified. Important Notice:

Sweepstakes will be posted on Goodhousekeeping.com on or around five days
after the date of the last daily Sweepstakes. An entrant can win no more than
one prize for all days of the Sweepstakes, except the Grand Prize Winner may
win the Grand Prize and one daily Sweepstakes, if applicable. Drawings will be
conducted by Good Housekeeping, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total
number of eligible entries received for each daily Sweepstakes, and with regard
to the Grand Prize Winner, odds of winning will depend upon the total number of
eligible entries received for all daily Sweepstakes in the aggregate. In
the event Canadians are eligible to enter as specified in the Eligibility
paragraph below, and if there is a Canadian Winner, the Winner will be required
