NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES ARE INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THESE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. THESE SWEEPSTAKES ARE VOID IN PUERTO RICO. The following sweepstakes are open to legal U.S. residents, 13 years of age and older, except employees of Hearst Communications, its respective subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising or promotional agents, and the immediate families (parent, child, or sibling) or household members of any of the above. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Winning entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries by TEENMAG.COM, whose decisions are final, on or about November 25, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each sweepstakes, which are conducted separately and referred to as the "Promotion." Sweepstakes are void where prohibited. The sweepstakes begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on October 15, 2008. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 24, 2008. Thirty (30) winners will receive "Teen: Uncover the Real You" Quiz Book (ARV: $5.95), Two (2) winners will receive an iPod 1G shuffle (ARV: $49), and Five (5) winners will receive Naked Brothers Band Video Game for Wii (ARV: $49.99).
2. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.
3. Only one entry per person per sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Participants are eligible to win only one sweepstakes per issue. If a participant's name is drawn for more than one prize, participant will only receive the first prize won. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail entries. All Web entrants must have a valid e-mail address. With respect to computer entries, Sponsor is not responsible for computer-system, phone-line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend these sweepstakes should a virus, bug, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operations of the sweepstakes is a violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Online entrants must have a valid e-mail address and it is entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address.
4. Entrants in sweepstakes agree to be bound by the official rules.
5. Winners may be asked to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/ publicity release granting Sponsor the right to use their name, voice, biographical information, picture, and likeness, without compensation, for publicity purposes (except where prohibited), and releasing Sponsor and its agents from any liability arising from the sweepstakes and acceptance and use of the prize awarded, or an alternate winner may be chosen. Affidavits must be returned within 14 days, otherwise an alternate winner will be chosen. The winner releases the Sponsor and Hearst, and their respective directors, employees, and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, and acknowledges that said parties neither have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any tax on any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
6. If a winner is unreachable or does not reply to prize notification within seven days, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

8. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in New York, NY; (2) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) No punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and (4) Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. New York law, without reference to New York's choice of law rules, governs the Promotion and all aspects related thereto.
