One entry per person per Cosmo's Free Stuff. Employees (and their immediate families) of Hearst Communications, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible. Winners may be asked to submit an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release. By accepting a prize, except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or further compensation. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules. If any winner cannot be contacted for any reason within ten (10) business days from the date such winner is announced; is ineligible; fails to claim her prize; or, where required or requested by Sponsor to do so, fails to return the completed and executed affidavit of eligibility/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification; her prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advisers, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage, as well as claims based on violation of publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete entries, computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Entrants must have valid e-mail address, and it is their responsibility to keep their e-mail addresses current with cosmopolitan.com. Sponsor reserves right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond control of Sponsor corrupt administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine legitimate operation of sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves right to seek damages from any violator to fullest extent permitted by law. Winners will be chosen by random drawing, and odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received for Cosmo's Free Stuff. Drawing will be conducted by Cosmopolitan magazine. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prize. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States, and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older. Residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible to enter. Prizes not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
