COSMOGIRL BORN TO LEAD 2008 CONTEST: How to Enter: Beginning MARCH 1, 2008 at 12:01 AM (ET) through JULY 28 at 11:59 PM (ET) To enter, write an essay of 300 words or less telling us why you qualify to be the CosmoGirl of the Year.
